Contexte du poste

Notre client est un groupe industriel français de la cosmétique de renommée internationale. Dans le cadre de l'infogérance du support N3 des applications centralisées du périmètre IT « Opérations & Finance », nous recherchons un Ingénieur Production Senior pour intervenir au sein du Centre de Services Techniques (CST) dédié au support technique, au maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) et à l'évolution des applications centrales critiques.

Missions principales

* Assurer le support de niveau 3 des applications centrales du périmètre IT Opérations & Finance.
* Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle des solutions applicatives critiques.
* Analyser, résoudre, documenter et suivre les incidents techniques.
* Réaliser les investigations complexes (troubleshooting) et proposer des solutions durables.
* Participer à la documentation technique et aux rapports d'incidents.
* Assurer la relation avec les équipes métiers, les équipes de développement, et le client final.
* Intervenir sur des environnements techniques complexes, en respectant les engagements de service.
* Participer à l'évolution et à l'amélioration continue du SI (fiabilisation, automatisation...).

Profil recherché

Formation & expérience

* Bac+5 en informatique / ingénierie des systèmes ou équivalent.
* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement similaire (production applicative, support N3, contexte industriel).

Systèmes & scripting :

* Windows Server : Avancé / Expert (P1)
* PowerShell : Maîtrisé (P1)



Réseaux :

* Solide compréhension des réseaux TCP/IP (P1)
* Analyse des flux techniques et fonctionnels (P1)



Bases de données :

* SQL Server : Expert (P1)
* Oracle : Intermédiaire +



BI & ETL :

* Suite BI Microsoft (SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, MDS) :
* Administration : Avancé (P1)
* Développement : Intermédiaire (atout)
* Informatica PowerCenter :
* Administration : Avancé (atout)
* Développement : Intermédiaire (atout)
* Power BI :
* Administration : Avancé
* Développement / Configuration : Intermédiaire (atout)



Outils & middleware :

* Connect Direct / Deofast :
