Contexte & Ambition du poste

UMANTIC TECHNOLOGIE souhaite accélérer son développement national en s'associant avec des profils expérimentés, capables de créer et piloter leur propre filiale, en s'appuyant sur l'expertise et les moyens de la maison-mère.

Nous recherchons un(e) Commercial(e) expérimenté(e) et spécialiste technique (Cloud, Réseaux, IA ou Cybersécurité, Data...) qui connaît parfaitement un ou plusieurs clients finaux ou grands comptes. Vous serez associé(e) dès le départ à 49% de votre structure, dont UMANTIC TECHNOLOGIE détiendra 51%, et aurez carte blanche pour développer votre activité en toute autonomie.

Missions principales

* Créer et diriger votre filiale locale en lien avec UMANTIC TECHNOLOGIE
* Identifier, convaincre et suivre vos clients, en priorité ceux que vous connaissez déjà (relation directe)
* Piloter le développement commercial de votre périmètre : prospection, réponse à appels d'offres, closing, suivi
* Recruter et piloter votre équipe d'ingénieurs consultants en mission chez vos clients
* Garantir la satisfaction client et assurer la croissance rentable de votre entité
* Contribuer à la stratégie du groupe via une collaboration étroite avec la maison-mère



Moyens & Support fournis par UMANTIC TECHNOLOGIE

* Support complet sur les fonctions support :
* Administration des ventes (ADV)
* Facturation / relance client
* Outils de gestion
* Juridique / RH / finance
* Accompagnement stratégique et opérationnel au démarrage
* Partage d'expérience avec d'autres patrons de filiale du groupe
* Liberté géographique totale : vous choisissez votre implantation selon vos affinités marché

Profil recherché

* 10 ans d'expérience minimum dans le secteur IT / ESN
* Double compétence indispensable :
* Expertise technique solide dans l'un des domaines suivants :
? Cloud & DevOps
? Réseaux & Télécom
? Cybersécurité
? Intelligence Artificielle / Data
* Connaissance client avérée : capacité à générer du business rapidement (réseau actif, clients déjà en demande)
* Fibre entrepreneuriale forte : envie de piloter son propre centre de profit
* Capacité à manager, recruter, structurer une équipe
* Excellentes compétences commerciales et relationnelles
