Un centre de service est un point central à partir duquel toutes les interactions client sur différents canaux sont gérées. Leur objectif principal est de fournir aux clients un support technique efficace, un service client et une assistance de toutes formes, informatique ou pas, commerciale et autres.

Il comprend généralement un ou plusieurs centres d’appels, mais peut également inclure d'autres types de contact client, y compris les e-mails, les chats et les interactions sur les réseaux sociaux...
